Leadership. Learning & development. Coaching. Facilitation.

Welcome! I’m Nnenna Ozobia. For close to two decades, I’ve engaged in multilingual and cross-sector work focused on educational access and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I enjoy designing and facilitating individual and collective learning journeys for leaders at diverse stages in their careers.

My formal education includes a bachelor’s and master’s from Stanford University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively. I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold certificates in Co-Active® coaching, Positive Intelligence®, Mental Health First Aid®, mindfulness, mediation/conflict transformation, and English as a Second Language. I’m also a bilingual, non-native Spanish speaker and basic Mandarin Chinese speaker (HSK 2) who is passionate about the use of educational tools to bridge differences.

“If you don't understand, ask questions. If you're uncomfortable about asking questions, say you are uncomfortable about asking questions, and then ask anyway. It's easy to tell when a question is coming from a good place. Then listen some more. Sometimes people just want to feel heard. Here's to possibilities of friendship and connection and understanding.” ― Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Americanah
